Yes, we are direct manufacturers. Our factory is located in Dongguan city, known as the workshop of the world. It takes less than an hour to travel from Guangzhou and Shenzhen city to our factory.
Q2: How can I get the sample?
For samples we have in stock, we offer them for free—you only need to pay express freight. For customized samples, we can produce them according to your requirements. You'll need to pay sample charges and any applicable mold charges.
Q3: How do you ensure the quality of the products?
From film blowing, printing, film folding, bag making, to final packing, we maintain strict full inspection standards for quality control in every production procedure. We also have a separate QC team for final random inspection of finished products, and we can perform full inspection according to customer requirements.
Q4: What is your after sale service policy?
I. Within 20 days after receiving goods, please contact us regarding any quality problems—otherwise we'll consider the batch accepted.
II. Reasonable defective rate is below 3%. NG products within 3% are not refundable or eligible for replenishment.
III. For other quality issues, we provide adequate solutions including replenishment, refund, and other appropriate measures.
